Provo Land Title’s underwriters have dropped their rates by 13%, as of April 16, 2011. Additionally, if Provo Land Title issued a Simultaneous Owners and Loan Policy the Owners Policy (seller) may receive an additional credit of 5% (for example a standard owner’s policy may be issued for 95% of the Basic Schedule of Charges). This means that if you have both the buyer and seller close at Provo Land Title not only will they both receive a great rate, but you (as the agent) can save your seller an additional 5%. At a time when saving money makes a big difference, saving your client an additional 5% can go a long way in building loyal, long time customers.
